A: Bonusbond gift vouchers can be spent at over 18,000 outlets in the UK and not just in high street shops!
For a full list of outlets, please visit the ‘Where to Spend’ section on www.bonusbond.com. Please ensure that you select the list for ‘paper gift vouchers’ as the retailers do vary between the Bonusbond gift card and the Bonusbond paper voucher.
Q: Will I get change when I spend my Bonusbond gift vouchers?
A: This is entirely at the discretion of the retailer. To avoid confusion please ask the retailer before you make your purchase.
Q: How do I claim a refund for my purchase?
A: Refunds will be processed according to the individual retailer's refund policy. NOTE - Retailers cannot offer refunds of Bonusbond gift vouchers.
Q: What do I do if I have lost or damaged my vouchers?
A: Bonusbond gift vouchers should be treated as cash as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please keep them in a safe place.
We may be able to issue replacement vouchers if they have been damaged, as long as the serial number is still visible. There is a 10% charge for this service. Please email Bonusbond@grg.com to discuss how to obtain replacement vouchers.
Q: My chosen retailer does not accept Bonusbond gift vouchers.
A: In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with the choice of retailers accepting Bonusbond gift vouchers, contact the hotline on 0330 1231107. If you have chosen an item in a store that does not accept Bonusbond gift vouchers, we can send you a cheque made out to the retailer, but require additional information from you to process the request so please call the Bonusbond team on 0330 1231107. Please note, there is a 10% admin charge for this service.

Q: How long are my Bonusbond gift vouchers valid for?
A: Bonusbond gift vouchers have an expiry date which is printed on the reverse of the voucher.
Q. My Bonusbond Gift Vouchers have expired, can I get the replaced or extended?
A. Once the vouchers have expired, they are no longer valid currency. The expiry date is printed on the voucher and cannot be amended. Expired vouchers will not be exchanged.
Q. Can I have vouchers delivered to my friends and family?
A. Orders to the value of £200 can be sent to an alternative delivery address in the UK providing you have placed 3 orders previously and had these delivered to the card holder address. You will need to select this option at check out.
Q. Is there a limit to how many vouchers I can buy?
A. The maximum daily limit is £500 per order.
Q: I have both the old and the new style of Bonusbond gift vouchers. Can these be redeemed?
A: Old designs of Bonusbond gift vouchers are no longer accepted in store. If you have a previous design and would like them to be exchanged for the new design, or would like to confirm whether yours are still valid, please contact us and we can support you in this.

Q: Where can I spend my Bonusbond gift card?
A: Bonusbond gift cards can be spent at over 16,000 outlets in the UK and selected retail partners online. For a full list of outlets, please see the ‘Where to Spend’ section on the Bonusbond website www.bonusbond.com. Please ensure that you select the list for ‘Bonusbond gift card as the retailers on the Bonusbond paper voucher and the Bonusbond gift card do vary slightly.
Q: Can I use my Bonusbond gift card online?
A: You can use your Bonusbond gift card online in selected retailers. For a current list of online retailers please visit www.bonusbond.com. These retailers are marked with a tick
Q: Do I need to activate my Bonusbond gift card?
A: You do not need to activate your card.
Q:How long is my Bonusbond gift card valid for?
A: The Bonusbond gift card is valid for a minimum of 12 months and the expiry date can be found on the front of the card. Once your card has expired please refer to the cardholder terms and conditions for what options are available to you.
Q:How do I know what the balance is on my Bonusbond gift card?
A: You can check the balance on your Bonusbond gift card by calling 0330 123 1106 and select option 1
Q: The retailer has swiped the Bonusbond gift card and it has been declined?
A: You must ensure that you know the balance on your Bonusbond gift card.
If the balance on the Bonusbond gift card is less than the value of the items you are purchasing, then the retailer must process the additional payment first, so if you are buying an item for £35 and have £20 on your Bonusbond gift card then the retailer must take the £15 from you first and then they can take the £20 from the Bonusbond gift card.
The retailer should also be processing the Bonusbond gift card as a magstripe Mastercard debit
card NOT as a gift card. If the card is still declined, please call us on 0330 1231106 and select to speak to one of our agents.
Q: The transaction has been declined in store, however, the funds appear to have been taken from my card. Why?
A: When a retailer processes a card, before they receive authorisation for the transaction, the funds are ring fenced by them. If the retailer subsequently voids the transaction for any reason then the funds will still be ring fenced by them. They will automatically release the funds within 15 working days. With most retailers it is much faster, but they are allowed to take the full 15 working days. If your funds have been ring fenced and you are concerned about the time it is taking to release your funds then you will need to contact the retailer directly.
Q: Can I top up the balance on my Bonusbond gift card?
A: No, the Bonusbond gift card is a non-reloadable card.
Q: What happens if my card gets lost/stolen?
A: To report a lost or stolen Bonusbond Gift Card, please call the Customer Service Helpline immediately on 0344 800 6435. You must have the 9 digit ID number from the card in order for us to place a stop on the card and to replace it. A re-issue fee of £10.00 will apply. We cannot accept any liability for deductions from your card prior to you notifying with full details.

A: If you are not happy with any part of our service in regards to the bonusbond gift card it is important to let us know, so that we can try and resolve it.
